1. General Terms & Eligibility

Welcome to PKOK Game. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PKOK Game platform. By accessing, registering on, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full.

• Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts will not be tolerated.

• Multiple accounts created from the same household or device will be subject to investigation.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact PKOK Game's support team immediately.

3. Deposit & Payment Policy

PKOK Game supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh for deposits. The deposit process is fully automated and secure.

Deposit Terms

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the account holder's name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
• PKOK Game does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.
• For unusually large deposits, you may be asked to verify the source of your funds.

4. Withdrawal Policy & Process

Withdrawing your winnings from PKOK Game is quick and straightforward, though certain conditions must be met.

1. Account Verification (KYC)

   Identity and address verification is required before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process.

2. Withdrawal Request

   Go to the "Withdrawal" section of your account, then select your amount and preferred payment method.

3. Verification & Approval

   PKOK Game's system verifies requests automatically. Suspicious cases may be subject to manual review.

4. Send Money

   Once approved, funds will reach your mobile banking account within 3–5 minutes.

• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• PKOK Game may place a hold on withdrawals while an investigation into suspicious activity is ongoing.

5. Betting Rules

The following betting rules on PKOK Game apply to all members.

General Betting Terms

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature applies).
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, PKOK Game reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Any bet found to involve match-fixing will be voided.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.
• PKOK Game will conduct an investigation upon detecting unusual betting patterns.

Event Cancellation or Suspension

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or starts more than 24 hours after the scheduled time, bets will be settled in accordance with PKOK Game's own policy. In most cases, the full stake will be refunded. However, if specific markets within the match (e.g., first-half result) have already been completed, settlement will be based on those results.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

PKOK Game regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions.

General Bonus Terms

• To be eligible for bonus benefits, the required conditions must be met at the time of registration or deposit.
• Each bonus carries its own wagering multiplier (typically x30 to x50). Full details are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses that are not used before their expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• PKOK Game reserves the right to cancel bonuses and investigate accounts if the bonus system is abused.

7. Prohibited Activities

All PKOK Game members must refrain from the following activities. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• Engaging in money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Using multiple accounts or false identities.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attempting to introduce malicious code or malware into the platform.

8. Account Closure & Restrictions

PKOK Game may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Where evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.
• If a financial investigation is required.
• If the member has submitted a self-exclusion request.

If an account is closed, PKOK Game will follow its standard refund policy for any remaining balance. However, accounts closed due to prohibited activity may have their funds forfeited.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, all remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect.
